Terms and Conditions of play

SFx Airsoft Limited reserve the right to cancel an event at any time. In the event of a cancellation you the player will be offered the choice to have your booking moved to another event date or have your money refunded in full.

Once a booking has been made it cannot be cancelled and any payment that has been accepted by SFx Airsoft Limited is non refundable.

In the event of a player being unable to attend an event he/she must find another person to take their place, these persons details must be passed to SFx Airsoft Limited for approval before the booking can be passed to the new player.

Any player breaching any of the rules set out by SFX Airsoft Limited will be removed from site and their game fee will NOT be refunded.

All players must read and accept the game rules, health and safety brief, insurance disclaimer and terms and conditions before making a booking with SFx Airsoft Limited.

All players must read and sign a copy of the game rules and an insurance disclaimer before entering the game zone

All players must be over the age of 18 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must also be taking part in the event and is responsible for that person and their behaviour at all times.

The minimum age to take part in an SFx Airsoft Event is 12 years of age

All players must accept that Airsoft is a physically demanding sport and you should be fit and healthy and able to undertake extreme physical exertion.

All cars, property and equipment, used and/or left unattended at an SFx Airsoft Limited event are left at the owners risk and SFx Airsoft Limited can not be held responsible for any loss or damage and accept no responsibility.

You play at an SFx Airsoft Limited event at your own risk and SFx Airsoft Limited accept no responsibility for any accident, injury or illness caused at the event.

All players must be able to speak and understand basic English, this is for safety reasons, so that they can understand the safety brief, read any signage on the site and also be able to understand instructions from the Marshals.
